I am studying the Berlin Wall because European History has always interested me and especially more recent subjects, recent meaning post World War II. I also wanted to learn about a subject I know nothing about such as this one considering the topics that surround it such as the Cold War and Bay of Pigs are so important in World history and American history.
Also, after visiting Germany though we never went to Berlin, I've been almost obsessed and amazed by their culture and history. It is covered in facts and history before and after WWII and it is a subject I am very interested in.
